Our big bucket list project for our house was replacing aluminum siding with James Hardie siding. Kaz is a certified installer of the product in our area which led us to them, in addition to great references we heard from others. They were amazing to work with! From the initial meeting at their showroom through to final installation, the process was 5 star professional. The office is very responsive and attentive to questions. And I can’t rave enough about our install crew- Rob, Blake and Jerome. So nice, courteous, professional- they showed up every day, in literally every type of weather possible (sun, rain, sleet, wind, snow!) and worked through all of it! We ended up getting the siding, new exterior doors, and a front porch revamp from Kaz. I have already recommended them to several neighbors, and I will not hesitate to use them for future projects!!

Kaz remodeled an old and outdated bathroom in our home and did an outstanding job - from start to finish. They took the time during the estimating and design process to listen to us and lay things out just as we wanted. I also can’t say enough about our lead contractor, Ken. He was careful with and respectful of our home and managed all the subcontractors beautifully! Not only is he a talented remodeler, he was also flexible and accommodating with any tweaks or fixes we needed and was just really nice to deal with. He did the last part of the job on his day off! Who does that??? I highly recommend Kaz and if you can get Ken, do it! You’ll love him! Thank you!

We had our bathroom remodeled and kitchen floor redone by Kenny H. He did a fantastic job. Philip was very detailed on his sales proposal. We also had Chris Balcom and Dave Keller come out to do a full roof inspection and to hook up a bathroom fan vent though the roof. Overall it was a fantastic job and we will gladly refer KAZ to anyone looking for a home remodeling company.

We would highly recommend Kaz Construction for any home improvement project. Steve, Justin and Chad worked on our master bath upgrade, and we are very pleased with the results. Lisa helped with the initial design and worked within my price point offering advice and an array of choices. Steve used his experience to offer practical and creative suggestions, and he went out of his way to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. All members of the Kaz team communicated throughout the process, and were courteous, respectful and on time. They are a great company to work with!

* 5 Stars - Kaz Team: Chris Balcom and co-workers Nick and Mike were professional at all times - here early, stayed late and cleaned the site completely. I enjoyed their company and they were very courteous to my wife, my dog and my neighbors throughout the job. * Job re: Cover all trim and soffits w metal and tear off gutters. Deposit $1,500.

We had Steve from Kaz remodel our master and hallway kids bathroom. I don’t think we could have had a better experience. It truly felt like a family member was in our home for 8 weeks, we were actually sad to say goodbye! Steve was wonderful, clean in our home, took such care of our projects, and his tile work is seriously a masterpiece! We are so grateful. We also loved Jon our electrician and Kyle our plumber— the true dream team! Thanks, Kaz!

We had a great experience from start to finish we hired them to replace our siding gutters, And install a gable roof to our front porch. As the crews were working every day the lead construction coordinator Phil was always showed up make sure everything was done properly.They were always responsive to our needs.Even after they were done. We had a couple of small pieces of siding that we wanted changed and they always responded and came back to resolve the issue so it seemed like once the company was finished. They were still here to back up their work, which is important . We chose kaz due to the reviews and I’m glad we did. They did a wonderful job.

We are very happy with our decision to go through Kaz. We had our bathroom remodeled and our attic finished. They did a fantastic job. Everyone that helped us through the process was great! Eric and his team that did the work were wonderful. They went above and beyond. Any questions or concerns that we had, they took care of them right away. If you are looking for a place for remolding, you won't be disappointed with Kaz!

We’re extremely happy with our kitchen remodel with Kaz. The entire team was professional, helpful, and quick to respond throughout the project. Steve was our main contact and he was fantastic. He always arrived on time, communicated clearly, and kept us updated on what to expect next. He took real pride in his work and went above and beyond—even fixing a pantry door that wasn’t part of the project, just to help. Steve was also great about making recommendations and suggesting minor tweaks as we went along (eg. leaving a few more inches between the fridge and island). There are so many decisions in a major project like this and we felt confident in his expertise and guidance. During the initial quote, Heather presented a vision for our space that none of the competitors offered. Her recommendations changed the footprint of the kitchen, including removing a wall to open up the room, and the result made a huge difference. Lisa helped guide us through the design decisions and finishing touches, making the process smooth and reassuring. Whenever any minor issues came up, someone from the team came out immediately to address them. Justin and Chad were both extremely helpful and attentive in resolving anything that arose. We were extremely happy with the work done by Kaz Home Improvements! We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process from Heather, our initial contact, to Jim, our main contractor. Jim was absolutely fantastic! He always was available to answer questions and accommodate our requests. He did amazing work and was so kind. Each and every crew that came in throughout the project was professional and willing to help as well. Justin was also always there to support us through this massive overhaul. We will be using them again!
